Our Story

Our Smokehouse is best known for great beer and food. We're slightly off the beaten path but you can find it by following the smell of freshly smoked ribs and pulled pork in downtown West Jefferson! The menus are diverse enough to accommodate most desires. The vibe is palpable and positive and our guests are the main ingredient that keeps it going.
